Payment:
All payments are accepted through PayPal.
Payment must be received before packages will be shipped.

Shipping:
Each item is handmade to order & may take up to a week to ship. Once you place your order you will receive an email from us with an approximate date to expect your package to be shipped.
All orders are made in the order that we receive them. We try our best to get your items to you as soon as possible.

We ship through the United States Postal Service.

- USPS First Class Mail International

*Please note that International Packages tend to take longer to receive due to travel distances & customs inspections. We can provide you with the USPS Customs Number & you are welcome to contact your local Postal Service to get information about your package. Unfortunately once your order has been shipped it is out of our control. If you do not receive your package within a reasonable amount of time feel free to contact us so we can work out the best solution for the problem.

Returns:
Our customers are extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with the item/s you receive, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your package. We will gladly work with you to resolve any issues.
